PENCIL PRO

Automation for the admin, real people for the art. We let agents handle the grunt work and humans decide what feels right.

We designed and deployed modular agent workflows that sit inside everyday project pipelines to speed production, raise quality, and enforce brand guardrails. Image generation agents produce on‑brand visuals from configurable prompts and style tokens (camera, color, texture, composition), while copy agents generate headlines, product descriptions and social captions tuned to a brand lexicon and tone profile. Research agents augment outputs with retrieval‑augmented sourcing—pulling product specs, competitor context and vetted references to keep content accurate and defensible. Crucially, governance agents run automatic checks for brand compliance, legal constraints, consistency, and tone-of-voice, flagging deviations (terminology, sentiment, accessibility, incorrect key claims) before assets reach review.

The result is scalable, repeatable creativity. Faster turnarounds, fewer revisions, more consistent brand expression across channels, and defensible audit trails for compliance. We pair automation with clear escalation rules and human oversight to mitigate risk, prevent drift, and keep creative control where it belongs.

A product imagery workflow that turned a minimal brand toolkit and a few product renders into a full suite of PDP-ready images.

By extracting brand rules from a curated image book, we created shot plans, composited new angles and lifestyle contexts, and produced templated exports with metadata and implementation guidance. The system delivered consistent, benefit-focused imagery at scale therefore improving PDP clarity and enabling rapid iteration while preserving brand integrity and resulting in brand-approved images that no longer require physical photography

Role Split

  • Workflow (design/production system) = visual strategist, art director assistant and image producer: interprets the brand book, defines shot lists and templates, generates/composites new images, and produces web-ready assets at scale.

  • Human teams = senior designer/art director and merch/product managers: approve creative direction, sign off on final images, and apply creative craft for hero assets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Intake and analysis: extract visual rules, colour palettes, permitted treatments and image examples from the small brand book and supplied renders.

  • Prompt generation as a photographer: create prioritized shot lists for PDP needs (hero, scale/comparison, detail/macro, in-use/lifestyle, feature overlays), aspect/crop guides and responsive breakpoints.

  • Asset generation:

    • Extend renders via 3D compositing, mockups and retouching to create variants (angles, lighting, colorways).

    • Produce staged lifestyle composites using curated backgrounds/props when full shoots aren’t possible.

    • Create focused detail images that call out key benefits (callouts, magnified areas, before/after, use-context).

  • Templates & systems: build repeatable layout templates, naming conventions, export presets and CMS import bundles.

  • Quality & brand compliance: enforce color, lighting and styling rules; apply consistent shadows/reflections, corner rounding, and background treatments.

  • Delivery & handoff: export multi-size, platform-optimized formats with metadata, alt-text suggestions, crop guides and implementation notes for PDP layouts.

A SEO Copy Workflow that functions as a researcher and junior drafter, supporting Senior Copywriters.

It ingests an SEO brief and brand guidelines, produces a content strategy and structured outline, compiles credible sources and stats, and writes a fact-backed V1 draft. The system explicitly hands the creative judgment, final verification and stylistic finishing to human copywriters, accelerating production while preserving editorial control and brand integrity.

Role Split

  • Agent Workflow = researcher + junior drafter: extracts brief requirements, gathers and assesses sources, synthesizes facts/metrics, builds structure, and writes an SEO-first V1.

  • Human Copywriter = senior editor + creative director: adds brand voice, storytelling, nuance, accuracy verification, legal/medical review where needed, and finalizes the article.

Core Responsibilities of the Agents/Workflow

  • Parse the SEO brief: audience, intent, target keywords, content goals, mandatory inclusions.

  • Create a content strategy based on client and product needs: angle, primary/secondary keywords, meta elements, internal linking suggestions, and distribution suggestions.

  • Scan and evaluate sources: shortlist credible references, capture key statistics and citations, flag outdated or contradicted claims.

  • Produce a consistent structure and brief: H1, H2/H3 outline, target word counts per section, key messages and CTAs.

  • Draft V1 copy: SEO-optimized, fact-backed, brand-guideline-aware first draft ready for human editing after first reviewing itself against a team-developed rubric.

  • Produce a research pack: source links, extracted quotes/stats, notes on source credibility, and citation suggestions.

A high‑velocity video script workflow that transforms product details and consumer queries into validated, brand‑aligned 15‑second scripts.

Using a suite of strategy, AEO (platform/engagement optimization), validation and script‑generation agents, we produced 100+ rapid iterations while preserving brand voice and flagging any unsupported claims for human review. The system accelerated concept-to-test cycles, reduced researcher time, and handed creative teams a prioritized slate of platform‑ready scripts and production notes.

Role Split

  • Agent Workflow = researcher, strategist, validator, and junior scriptwriter: parses inputs, generates concepts, optimizes for platform/intent, and runs automated checks.

  • Human Creators = directors, editors and compliance owners: apply creative craft, finalize visuals/timing, verify claims, and deliver the final videos.

Core Responsibilities

  • Parse inputs: product specs, consumer queries/insights, primary and secondary claims, brand voice, platform/format constraints (15s, aspect ratio, captioning).

  • Strategy generation: propose creative hooks, messaging hierarchy, target consumer intent for each script, and CTA placement.

  • Concept generation: produce multiple 15‑second script variants (opening hook, key benefit beats, claim line, CTA), tone options and pacing suggestions based on various consumers and platforms

  • AEO/optimization: tune scripts for algorithmic and viewer behavior (hook timing, retention triggers, metadata suggestions).

  • Validation: automated claim-checking against supplied evidence, flagging unsupported or regulated claims; basic legal/regulatory gating.

  • Output packaging: shot/scene breakdowns, suggested visuals/edits, captions and metadata, and a ranked list of variants for testing.

  • Handoff notes: items needing human review (legal, SME verification, final voiceover direction).

An entirely AI-driven PDP experience for a new diaper brand that took a Pinterest-inspired moodboard and a few product renders and produced Amazon-ready tiles and A+ modules that placed product benefits inside a playful, colourful, fuzzy world. The workflow generated compliant hero, lifestyle and detail tiles, ran automated policy and claims checks, and delivered a ranked slate of test-ready variants—all while surfacing items that required human review (legal, brand inconsistencies and image variations). The result was rapid, brand-faithful asset production that cut time-to-market and enabled fast iteration on Amazon.

Role Split

  • Agent Workflow = creative engine and production assistant: ingests mood board and photos, generates imagery and copy variants, optimizes metadata for Amazon, and runs automated compliance checks.

  • Human Designers = brand lead, legal/safety reviewer, and eCommerce manager: validate product claims, approve shots with human generation (ie. babies, hands) and give final approval before upload.

Core Responsibilities

  • Intake & style extraction: parse mood board for colour, composition, typography, and the “aspirational, Lorax-like” aesthetic; extract product specs and benefit hierarchy.

  • Image generation & augmentation: expand limited photography into hero shots, lifestyle scenes, detail/benefit callouts, fabric/textile macros and contextual “Lorax-like world” backgrounds consistent with the mood board.

  • Format & platform optimization: enforce Amazon image specs (white-background hero, zoomable resolution, aspect ratios, file types), prioritize tile order for mobile/desktop, and auto-generate A+ layouts.

  • Compliance & safety gating: automated checks for unsupported claims, paediatric/health claims routing to legal/SME, watermark/logo removal and Amazon policy validation.

  • Variant generation & ranking: produce multiple creative variants per tile, rank by predicted engagement (hook placement, colour contrast, read-time) for rapid testing.

  • Handoff & deployment pack: export production-ready image files
